The HYROX Youngstars, a new youth fitness racing division, officially launched in Singapore at the AIA HYROX Singapore 2026 event. The initiative marks the expansion of the global HYROX fitness racing series into the youth market in Asia.

The debut event will take place in 2026 and will feature young athletes competing in a series of fitness challenges designed to promote physical activity and healthy lifestyles. Organizers confirmed that the event will include a mix of strength, endurance, and agility tests, tailored for participants aged 12 to 18.

HYROX, known for its high-energy fitness competitions, has introduced the Youngstars division to engage younger audiences and encourage long-term participation in physical fitness. The Singapore event will serve as the first in a planned series across Asia, with future stops in other major cities.

The initiative follows growing interest in youth fitness programs and the increasing popularity of fitness racing as a competitive sport. HYROX has previously held events in multiple countries, and the Youngstars division aims to build on that success by creating a platform for young athletes to showcase their skills.
